Eastside Fire & Rescue Asks for Community Feedback - 3/29/22

ISSAQUAH, Wash., March 29, 2022 – Eastside Fire & Rescue (EF&R) is asking for community feedback through an online survey and a series of public open houses. Information gathered during the next month will be leveraged to create a 2023–2027 strategic plan. EF&R hopes to facilitate in-depth conversations with those who do not wish to participate online or would like further engagement from their fire department. The Strategic Plan aims to set goals and objectives reflective of the communities EF&R serves.

Wednesday, April 6th, 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.; EF&R Station 73 - 1280 NE Park Dr, Issaquah

Wednesday, April 20th, 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.; EF&R Station 87 - 500 Maloney Grove Ave SE, North Bend

Wednesday, April 13th, 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.; EF&R Station 85 - 3600 Tolt Ave, Carnation

Tuesday, April 26th, 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.; EF&R Station 83 - 3425 Issaquah Pine Lake Road SE, Sammamish

Tuesday, April 19th, 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.; EF&R Station 31 - 17718 Woodinville-Snohomish Road, Woodinville

Wednesday, April 27th, 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.; EF&R Station 78 - 20720 SE May Valley Road, Issaquah

Residents of the area, commuters, and families of nearby schools are invited to discuss EF&R and the service area. Community members are welcome to stop by anytime during the open house hours and staff will be available to for discussion and answer any questions. To take part in the online survey visit:


Eastside Fire & Rescue provides fire and emergency medical services to Issaquah, North Bend, Sammamish, Carnation, Preston, May Valley, Wilderness Rim, Tiger Mountain, and Woodinville. EF&R averages 14,000 calls per year and employs 188 sworn personnel.
